  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.

If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, our support team will contact you regarding alternative arrangements or order cancellation.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 Business Days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4-7 Business Days
  • Remote Areas: 5-10 Business Days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp message
  • Tracking details and courier information

You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept the package

the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Velixo will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with:

  1. Take clear photos immediately.
  2. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and relevant images.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, Velixo cannot guarantee delivery dates and shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes or transportation disruptions
