At Velixo, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- To initiate a return, email us at velixo.co.in@gmail.com or call +91 9560422644 with your Order ID.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Items without original packaging.
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
